Great piece. Concise & well put together. Quintessential Massimo at his best.

All the best in your adventures Massimo. I look forward to your contributions in writing about philosophy from your experiences while on a sabbatical.

What a triumph of a semester. I’ve appreciated your posts and engagement with this blog to no end. Your generosity has always been astounding. Thank you. I certainly will be looking forward to updates from your travels and the books that follow. With love from California!

Was it absolutely necessary to tell us you're going to spend a year traveling in Rome, Sicily, Western Turkey, and Athens?

The envy is mucking about with my eudaimonia.

I'm one of the very lucky ones to sit in your brilliantly conducted class. Students totally engaged, seemingly aware that they too had landed in a very special seat with an extraordinary Philosophy specialist. Decades older than my classmates, every single teaching resonated as truth and fully useful in daily practice. I will continue to study throughout your travels abroad, entirely enriched and grateful for having learned so much about creating a really good life. With sincere thanks and gratitude, Buona Fortuna!

Thanks. Do you recommend Blackson’s book for a layman like myself to read? Or do you have another recommendation?
